TYPES OF CLASSES.

REGULAR SPIN.

Almost all classes are 45 minutes involving a warm up and a cool down period followed by some stretching. It’s essential to do all of this to avoid getting injuries. We pride ourselves ensuring all measures are taken to avoid injuries, however inability to follow instructions or to stretch after class can result in injury.

VIBE.

We also offer a unique brand of spin called VIBE spin which offers a higher degree of choreography. Don’t worry – it’s very easy! VIBE is a lot of fun especially for music lovers. VIBE is offered by Jude Costa.

TEEN SPIN.

This highly specialised class caters only for teens and is conducted by a qualified teen spin instructor. There is extra special attention to hypermobility and technique.

WOMEN ONLY.

A class for women only ... whether for religious reasons or just because you prefer it, spin without men on Wednesdays at 11 am.

BEGINNERS CLASS.

If you’re new to spin or haven’t been spinning in a while, we recommend you start with the Beginner’s Class where we explain the terms, the bike setup and the correct posture. You can keep attending or move onto  regular class if you would like.

If you can’t make that class, all beginners are welcome at our regular classes. Just please arrive at least 15 minutes before we start and alert the instructor and/or a member of staff so we can get you set up correctly on the bike.

Please note:

All classes are for adults who have been declared medically fit to do exercise and we do require signing a medical waiver before starting the class.

For post-natal women, this means a minimum of 12 weeks after birth.

Our minimum age is 16 years of age, however we are very popular amongst the teens so if you are under 16 years and have experience with spinning, you can spin with us provided the parent or legal guardian signs a waiver.
